The marketing head will be responsible for.</li>  <li style="">Developing marketing strategy for driving user growth and penetration: including business and opportunity analysis, identifying content requirements and offerings, feeding consumer requirements back into the business and driving revenue growth within SVOD business through timely analysis and action across offline and digital marketing channels.</li>  <li style="">The ideal candidate will be a self-starter having managed tentpole brand marketing campaigns (preferably in the entertainment space) and has experience driving acquisition and engagement growth in a scaling business.</li>  <li style="">Responsible for the active subscriber base scale up for the business. Own the end to end process from generating trials, getting relevant traffic through marketing and ensuring higher levels of engagement on platform.</li>  <li style="">Develop a deep understanding of consumers, taste clusters and trends. Partner with data sciences on using data to develop consumer profiles &amp; audience insights based on internal &amp; external data.</li>  <li style="">Develop the business and marketing strategy for content consumption, acquiring new users from TV, online platform and engaging &amp; retaining of existing users.</li>  <li style="">Execute the marketing business plan while collaborating with internal stakeholders (Creative, CLM, PR, Social, Performance, Platform &amp; BD teams) and external agencies (Creative, Media, Activation and Social).</li></ul><div style=""><br></div>
